On Line, Phone, Skype, and Bike Ride Option [Northwest] UK

Option to configurate with Bike Coaching Rides

This Programme is ideally suited to individuals who have completed a couple of seasons of cycling and now want to improve your sportive times, and are happy to train and follow plans independently. It will give a Medium target for your fitness level, time available to train and preferred training methods enabling you to complete an epic challenge, time trial, or take your cycling to a higher level.

Programme Details

  1. Extensive introductory Assessment 30 minutes via Phone, Skype, or [Personal meeting only on bike ride option].
  2. All sessions are aimed at your area of development.
  3. Description of coaching around your personal programme.
  4. Three month plan across two blocks of six weeks [feed back report after six weeks].
  5. Lifestyle, nutrition on and off the bike, when needed.
  6. Contact Via email/phone to support your progress, one contact per week with your coach on this plan.
  7. More input from your coach, strengths and weaknesses for exercise performed monthly.

Your Plan is in an easy to read format, which is weekly based with an explanation to get the best from you and your bike. Advice will be given on how to carry out the training provided. This package will include weekly ongoing support monitoring to ensure maximum benefit obtained from your training via phone or email.

There is a requirement to fill out a medical questionnaire, target sheet and riding style [road, mountain, and hybrid] for us to provide an accurate training programme.
